Apple Valley Eagle Speed and Strength-Champion Program (grades 6-8)
Help your child unlock their athletic potential this summer with our professionally developed speed and strength program. Designed for young athletes of all ages and skill levels, our program focuses on the fundamentals of exercise and enhancing strength, speed, and mobility. Your child will engage in structured workouts four days a week organized by our certified athletic trainers. Our trainers are committed to driving each athlete's performance using industry-best practices. Whether your child is just starting their fitness journey or striving to reach their peak performance, our program is the perfect platform to help them realize their true athletic potential.

Details:
- To guarantee a camp shirt, please register by June 7th.
- If you have multiple children, please fill out a separate form for each child.
Location: Apple Valley High School (14450 Hayes Rd, Apple Valley MN 55124)-Varsity Field
Run by Apple Valley Coaches and captains
Camps offered:
- Skill Development OL/DL + Agility
- 6th - 8th grade
- Dates: June 17th, 18th, 20th, 24th, 25th, 26th and 27th
- Position Specific Camp
- 3rd-8th grade
- Dates: July 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th
- Legends Camp: coached by AV College and Pro Alum
- 3rd-8th grade
- Dates:July 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th
Schedule times:
- 6th - 8th Graders: 10:30 am-11:30 am
- 3rd - 5th Graders: 11:30 am-12:30 pm (July dates only - FREE)
***Immediately following the football camp each day is a speed and strength training session from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for those that are signed up (6th-8th grade).
